IfCondition is a company that has been officially registered through governmental organizations. We only give salaries through the bank because moving ahead, we have to declare all the salaries given to the government every year. To receive your salary from IfCondition, you must open an account at the Shamsi Society branch of Askari Bank (which is 20 steps away from our head office). This is because we only pay salaries through this particular bank. You can withdraw this money from the ATM of any bank in Pakistan. To open a bank account, you will be granted an appointment letter from our head office.
In the case of teaching for more than 3.5 hours per day, which amounts to 70 hours per month, for every extra minute of teaching, you will receive 1 rupee and 66 paisas. Imagine if, after teaching 3.5 hours per day, you teach a student called Zaid. This student takes a 30-minute class with you daily for 5 days in a week. This adds up to 600 minutes monthly. When 600 is multiplied by 2 rupee and 50 paisas, one finds that you will be paid Rs. 1,500 extra for teaching the student Zaid.

There have been cases in the past, in which either the tutors have taught students while lying down, or while roaming around in marketplaces. To ensure quality control, it is important for there to be a serious and office-like atmosphere while teaching from home.
After giving the basic introductory training, the company makes a 1-year agreement with all its employees that is binding. Then, it begins the advanced paid training. This means that the company gives salaries alongside 3 months of advanced training. The cost of this training itself is Rs. 1 lakh. This is because it utilizes many of our resources. This training is given to all our employees completely free. In this scenario, if an employee wants to leave before completing a whole year, he must repay the company an amount equal to 3 months of his regular salary, which is Rs. 30,000.
