At the moment, we only have work on the night shift. One shift is from 8 pm to 12 am, and another one from 2 am up to 6 am. If you like, you may work in both shifts. Or if you prefer, you may choose one of the two.

Yes. Your basic salary is Rs. 10,000, which is based on your teaching 3.5 hours per day. But as soon as you teach more than 3.5 hours per day, you will be paid Rs. 1,500 extra monthly for every student who studies for 30 mins – 5 days a week.
Yes. English proficiency and being highly qualified can help you secure a higher salary. This may range from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 4,000.
Our work from the very first week is 5 days instead of 6 days. This leaves no room for any additional monthly holidays. However, for those tutors that excel and perform well, we offer 2 weeks of paid leave on an annual basis.
IfCondition is a company that has been officially registered through governmental organizations. We only give salaries through the bank because moving ahead, we have to declare all the salaries given to the government every year. To receive your salary from IfCondition, you must open an account at the Shamsi Society branch of Askari Bank (which is 20 steps away from our head office). This is because we only pay salaries through this particular bank. You can withdraw this money from the ATM of any bank in Pakistan. To open a bank account, you will be granted an appointment letter from our head office.
In the case of teaching for more than 3.5 hours per day, which amounts to 70 hours per month, for every extra minute of teaching, you will receive 1 rupee and 66 paisas. Imagine if, after teaching 3.5 hours per day, you teach a student called Zaid. This student takes a 30-minute class with you daily for 5 days in a week. This adds up to 600 minutes monthly. When 600 is multiplied by 2 rupee and 50 paisas, one finds that you will be paid Rs. 1,500 extra for teaching the student Zaid.
Interviews and training are from 11 am, to 9 pm. Whereas, there are 2 shifts for online tutoring. The timings for both shifts altogether are from 8 pm to 6 am.
The job timings are from 8 pm to 6 am. However, for 4 months in a year, these timings are changed to 9 pm to 7 am. This occurs due to the European daylight saving time.
The salaries of the highly qualified and proficient in English teachers can be raised at the very beginning after 2 months have passed. After that, it is increased by Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,000 on an annual basis. This increment is evaluated by your yearly performance, quality, and attendance.

Yes. Installing a CCTV camera is a must, and keeping the room light on during lessons is also compulsory. Your face and approximately half of the room should be visible in the camera. The cameras of female tutors are monitored by female team leaders only.
There have been cases in the past, in which either the tutors have taught students while lying down, or while roaming around in marketplaces. To ensure quality control, it is important for there to be a serious and office-like atmosphere while teaching from home.
After giving the basic introductory training, the company makes a 1-year agreement with all its employees that is binding. Then, it begins the advanced paid training. This means that the company gives salaries alongside 3 months of advanced training. The cost of this training itself is Rs. 1 lakh. This is because it utilizes many of our resources. This training is given to all our employees completely free. In this scenario, if an employee wants to leave before completing a whole year, he must repay the company an amount equal to 3 months of his regular salary, which is Rs. 30,000.

No, this is impermissible. You must consider every single minute you have committed to with the company as a trust which can only be utilized for the company.
No. Contact your team leader for this purpose. They hold the authority to determine your break timings.
Yes. In this case, you will receive an extra Rs. 2,000 referral bonus with your salary. For every 2 additional students through referral, you will receive Rs. 4,000. Even if those new students came through your efforts but need a different tutor, you will receive the referral bonus in the first month.

For one day of absence (taking leave without informing), Rs. 1,000 will be deducted from the salary.
No. There is no expiry date on the agreement, and it is valid for all times

Yes. In the first 2 months, a tutor’s performance, quality, and educational skills can be evaluated and increased.
Yes. For this, a tutor must give his written resignation 1 month in advance.
