Requirement
Criteria for all tutors (both male and female):

  • Between 18 and 30 years old
  • Have a valid CNIC
  • Good knowledge of Tajweed
  • Speak English fluently
  • A Desktop computer/laptop with (Minimum Core 2 Duo 2GB ram)
  • A separate room for teaching or a small (curtain-covered) space
  • A UPS/Generator for power backup.
  • High-speed internet (minimum 2mbps)
  • CCTV camera (For Some Tutors only)*
  • Minimum contract for one year

*CCTV Camera will be installed only when we get constant complaints about a Tutor.

Full Time Package

Full-Time Salary:

Starting Salary: Rs. 10,000 for 3.5 hours of classes daily, 5 days a week (17.5 hours every week and 70 hours every month).

Extra Payment: You will be paid extra if you teach more than 3.5 hours daily. If you teach for 30 mins extra, 5 days a week for the whole month, you will earn Rs. 1,500 more per each extra student.

Referral Bonus: You will get a one-time bonus payment of Rs. 2,000 for each new student who comes to our academy through those students who you are teaching. This is applicable regardless of whether the new student learns from you or from some other tutor in our company.

Job Timings: 8 hours between 8 pm and 6 am (12 am – 2 am is a two-hour break).

Part Time Job

Part-Time Salary:

Starting Salary: Rs. 5,000 for 2 hours of classes daily, 5 days a week (10 hours every week and 40 hours every month).

Extra Payment: You will be paid extra if you teach more than 3.5 hours daily. If you teach for 30 mins extra, 5 days a week for the whole month, you will earn Rs. 1,500 more.

Referral Bonus: You will get a one-time bonus payment of Rs. 2,000 for each new student who comes to our academy through those students who you are teaching. This is applicable regardless of whether the new student learns from you or from some other tutor in our company.

Job Timings: 4.5 hours, either 8 pm – 12.30 am OR 2 am – 6.30 am (The company will decide which time slot you will teach in. You cannot choose according to your own preference).

How to join Training.

if You agree with all above terms and conditions, Here are steps for training:

Step 1: Send message on Whatsapp for initial interview. Your English and Quran Nazra will be tested on Whatsapp.

step2: once you pass the test, You will be given:

  • training videos link. Which you can download into your PC (practice)
  • Tajweed single paper (PDF File for memorization)
  • Four English/Urdu papers (PDF file for memorization).
  • Class Steps (PDF File for memorization) The steps that you will repeat in every class.

You will have 2-3 days to practice all videos and memorize papers.

Step 3: Ask our HR department to test you once you fully understand our methods and memorize everything. This will be a final test. And you will be tested in all above things that we have mentioned.

How to Start?

If you pass our final selection test, You will need to bring these things to our office:

  1. A valid CNIC (original and photocopy) We will keep photocopy.
  2. One year bound agreement that we will bring and sign with you.
  3. You will bring a blank cheque (bank check). We will keep this as a guarantee. and return after few months when you leave the job.
  4. Copy of your certificates and degrees.

FAQ

Do you only have work in the night shift or during the day too?
At the moment, we only have work on the night shift. One shift is from 8 pm to 12 am, and another one from 2 am up to 6 am. If you like, you may work in both shifts. Or if you prefer, you may choose one of the two.
Can we opt for a home-based job after doing an office-based job?
Yes, and for that, we will make a new agreement with you.
Can we change from a full-time job to a part-time one or vice versa later on?
Yes, this is possible. However, it is not appropriate to do this repeatedly. It is possible to do so after the passing of a few months.
Will increasing the number of lessons we teach also increase our salary?
Yes. Your basic salary is Rs. 10,000, which is based on your teaching 3.5 hours per day. But as soon as you teach more than 3.5 hours per day, you will be paid Rs. 1,500 extra monthly for every student who studies for 30 mins – 5 days a week.
Can being highly qualified with fluency in English lead to a salary increase after two months?
Yes. English proficiency and being highly qualified can help you secure a higher salary. This may range from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 4,000.
Do you have monthly or annual holidays?
Our work from the very first week is 5 days instead of 6 days. This leaves no room for any additional monthly holidays. However, for those tutors that excel and perform well, we offer 2 weeks of paid leave on an annual basis.
How will we receive our salary? In cash or through the bank?
IfCondition is a company that has been officially registered through governmental organizations. We only give salaries through the bank because moving ahead, we have to declare all the salaries given to the government every year. To receive your salary from IfCondition, you must open an account at the Shamsi Society branch of Askari Bank (which is 20 steps away from our head office). This is because we only pay salaries through this particular bank. You can withdraw this money from the ATM of any bank in Pakistan. To open a bank account, you will be granted an appointment letter from our head office.
How is the salary increase for teaching a class for more than 3.5 hours per day calculated?
In the case of teaching for more than 3.5 hours per day, which amounts to 70 hours per month, for every extra minute of teaching, you will receive 1 rupee and 66 paisas. Imagine if, after teaching 3.5 hours per day, you teach a student called Zaid. This student takes a 30-minute class with you daily for 5 days in a week. This adds up to 600 minutes monthly. When 600 is multiplied by 2 rupee and 50 paisas, one finds that you will be paid Rs. 1,500 extra for teaching the student Zaid.
What are the office timings?
Interviews and training are from 11 am, to 9 pm. Whereas, there are 2 shifts for online tutoring. The timings for both shifts altogether are from 8 pm to 6 am.
Are the job timings fixed, or can they also be changed?
The job timings are from 8 pm to 6 am. However, for 4 months in a year, these timings are changed to 9 pm to 7 am. This occurs due to the European daylight saving time.
Is the salary increased on a monthly or annual basis?
The salaries of the highly qualified and proficient in English teachers can be raised at the very beginning after 2 months have passed. After that, it is increased by Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,000 on an annual basis. This increment is evaluated by your yearly performance, quality, and attendance.
Can we use the laptop provided by the company for personal reasons?
No, this is not allowed. Anything provided by the company is not for your personal or home usage.
Can we use the internet provided by the company for our mobile or as Wi-Fi for our home?
No. This is prohibited.
How many hours a day do we have to take classes?
At least 5 hours are compulsory.
What do we do if we fall ill?
In this case, inform your team leader immediately. Try to tell him 2 hours before the duty time, so that he may arrange for a substitute teacher.
If, for some reason, we leave the job at the company, can we rejoin later?
Yes, of course, you may rejoin. To leave the job, you must inform us one month in advance so that we can arrange for a tutor to replace you.
Is it compulsory to have a CCTV camera installed in our home?
Yes. Installing a CCTV camera is a must, and keeping the room light on during lessons is also compulsory. Your face and approximately half of the room should be visible in the camera. The cameras of female tutors are monitored by female team leaders only.
Why is it essential to have a camera installed for an online job?
There have been cases in the past, in which either the tutors have taught students while lying down, or while roaming around in marketplaces. To ensure quality control, it is important for there to be a serious and office-like atmosphere while teaching from home.
What is the process, if, after the agreement, we want to leave the job before completing a year?
After giving the basic introductory training, the company makes a 1-year agreement with all its employees that is binding. Then, it begins the advanced paid training. This means that the company gives salaries alongside 3 months of advanced training. The cost of this training itself is Rs. 1 lakh. This is because it utilizes many of our resources. This training is given to all our employees completely free. In this scenario, if an employee wants to leave before completing a whole year, he must repay the company an amount equal to 3 months of his regular salary, which is Rs. 30,000.
Can we use the company’s tools and devices to teach other people without charging fees
No. The company’s resources are only for company usage.
Can we teach a relative or friend using our personal resources (laptop, etc.) during the time allotted by the company for teaching?
No, this is impermissible. You must consider every single minute you have committed to with the company as a trust which can only be utilized for the company.
Do we have permission to determine the timings for rest and relaxation ourselves?
No. Contact your team leader for this purpose. They hold the authority to determine your break timings.
If I get an additional student from the referral of a student I currently teach, will that make me liable to receive a bonus?
Yes. In this case, you will receive an extra Rs. 2,000 referral bonus with your salary. For every 2 additional students through referral, you will receive Rs. 4,000. Even if those new students came through your efforts but need a different tutor, you will receive the referral bonus in the first month.
How many annual leaves are allowed?
Two weeks. In unavoidable circumstances, a month.
How much money will be deducted for being absent for a day?
For one day of absence (taking leave without informing), Rs. 1,000 will be deducted from the salary.
Will we sign a new agreement after the completion of a year?
No. There is no expiry date on the agreement, and it is valid for all times
If a part-time tutor wants to convert to full-time, what is the process?
He must request his team leader in this case.
Is there a possibility of an increment in the salary of a part-time teacher?
Yes. In the first 2 months, a tutor’s performance, quality, and educational skills can be evaluated and increased.
Can a tutor leave the job upon completing a year?
Yes. For this, a tutor must give his written resignation 1 month in advance.
