QuranForKids provides online teaching services only. We do not sell, ship or deliver physical products. This Service Delivery Policy explains how, when and where our classes are delivered after you sign up or pay.
1. What we deliver
Live, one-to-one online classes with a qualified teacher in Noorani Qaida, Quran reading with Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer, Quran translation, Arabic and basic Islamic education. Each package includes an agreed number of classes per month, of an agreed length (for example, 30 minutes), as listed on our Pricing page or in your quote.
2. Where we deliver
We teach students worldwide, including in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Pakistan. Classes are held online, so there is no need to visit our office.
3. How classes are delivered
- Classes are held on WhatsApp video, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype or another platform agreed with you.
- Your teacher or our support team sends the class link or calls the student at the scheduled time.
- Learning materials (such as Qaida pages, worksheets and homework) are shared digitally by WhatsApp or email.
- Parents receive progress updates from the teacher or our support team.
4. Delivery timeline
- Trial request: we contact you within 24 hours to agree a time for the free trial.
- Trial class: usually held within 1–3 days of your request, depending on your preferred time.
- Payment confirmation: card, wallet, PayFast, PayPal, Stripe and Whop payments are usually confirmed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to clear.
- Schedule confirmation: after payment is confirmed, we send your class schedule, teacher details and joining instructions by WhatsApp, phone or email within 24–48 hours.
- First paid class: usually within 1–3 days of payment, on the date agreed with you.
5. Time zones and timings
Classes are available at flexible times around the clock to suit students in different countries. All class times are agreed and confirmed in your local time zone. Please tell us about daylight-saving changes or travel so we can adjust the schedule.
6. What you need
- A phone, tablet, laptop or computer with a camera and microphone;
- A stable internet connection (at least 2 Mbps is recommended);
- The agreed app installed (WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams or Skype);
- A quiet place to study, and a Quran or Qaida if possible (we can share digital copies).
7. Holidays and closures
Our academy may close on Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha and on some public holidays in Pakistan. Holidays are announced in advance, and affected classes are rescheduled where needed.
8. If a class cannot be delivered
- If a teacher is unavailable, we will arrange a substitute teacher, a make-up class, or a credit/refund for that class, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- If a class is interrupted by a technical problem on our side, the lost time will be made up.
- If a class is missed because of the student’s device, internet or absence without 24 hours’ notice, it is counted as delivered.
9. Proof of delivery
We keep attendance records for every class, including the date, time, teacher and duration. These records are used to confirm delivery, calculate any refunds and answer billing questions.
10. Delivery problems
If you have not received your schedule or class link within 48 hours of payment, or a class did not take place as scheduled, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve delivery problems within 1 business day.
