Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and QuranForKids (“QuranForKids”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to your use of quranforkids.com and to all online classes and services we provide. By booking a trial, registering, making a payment or attending a class, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Service Delivery Policy.

1. Definitions

  • “Student” means the person taking classes.
  • “Parent” means the parent or legal guardian who enrols a student under 18 and is responsible for payment.
  • “You” means the parent, or the adult student enrolling for themselves.
  • “Package” means the number, length and frequency of classes you buy each billing period.
  • “Billing period” means the period your payment covers, normally one calendar month from the payment date.

2. Our services

We provide live, one-to-one online classes with qualified male and female teachers, including:

  • Noorani Qaida and Quran reading for beginners;
  • Quran recitation with Tajweed and Tarteel;
  • Hifz (Quran memorisation) and revision;
  • Quran translation and Tafseer;
  • Arabic language;
  • Basic Islamic education, daily duas, Salah and Islamic manners.

Classes are delivered online through WhatsApp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype or another agreed platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • Students of any age are welcome. Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent, who accepts these Terms for the student and is responsible for payment and supervision.
  • You must give accurate and complete information and tell us promptly about changes to your contact details, time zone or billing details.
  • You are responsible for keeping class links and login details private and must not share them with others.

4. Free trial and enrolment

  • New students may receive free trial classes or a promotional free period, as described on our website when they sign up. No payment details are required for the trial.
  • During the trial, the teacher assesses the student’s level and recommends a suitable course and package.
  • Free trials and promotions are limited to one per new student, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time for future sign-ups.
  • Enrolment in paid classes is confirmed only after we receive your first payment.

5. Fees, billing and payment

  • Current packages and prices are listed on our Pricing page or in the quote we send you. Fees are charged monthly in advance unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
  • Prices may be shown in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP) or Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment processor converts the amount and may charge fees or apply its own exchange rate.
  • We accept payment through:
    • PayFast – debit/credit cards, bank accounts and mobile wallets in Pakistan;
    • PayPal;
    • Stripe – international debit and credit cards;
    • Whop;
    • Bank transfer to our bank account.

    Each payment processor’s own terms also apply to your payment.

  • Automatic renewal: subscriptions paid by card, PayPal, Stripe or Whop renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You authorise us and the processor to charge the package fee each period.
  • Invoices and receipts are sent by email or WhatsApp. Please keep them for your records.
  • Late payment: payment is due on the first day of each billing period. If it is more than 7 days late, classes may be paused until payment is received. The student’s regular time slot may not be held after 14 days of non-payment.
  • Family discounts: discounts for siblings or multiple students apply only while all students covered by the discount remain enrolled.
  • Price changes: we may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes never affect a billing period you have already paid for.
  • Taxes and fees: prices do not include bank, currency-conversion or processor fees charged to you by your own bank or provider.

6. Changing or pausing your package

  • You may upgrade your package (more classes or longer classes) at any time. The difference is charged for the rest of the billing period, or from the next period if you prefer.
  • Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
  • You may pause classes for travel, exams, illness or Ramadan for up to 30 days per year without losing your time slot, if you tell us before the next billing date.

7. Class scheduling and attendance

  • Class times are agreed at enrolment and confirmed in writing. All times are set in your local time zone. Please tell us when daylight-saving time changes in your country.
  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a class. Classes rescheduled with proper notice will be made up within the same or the next billing period.
  • Students should be ready on time with a working device, internet connection and their book/Qaida.
  • If a student does not join within 15 minutes of the start time without notice, the class is counted as taken.
  • Unused make-up classes expire at the end of the following billing period and cannot be refunded.

8. Teachers

  • We try to keep the same teacher for each student. If a teacher becomes unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or new teacher and tell you in advance where possible.
  • You may ask for a different teacher at any time, and we will arrange a change as soon as a suitable teacher is available.
  • If a teacher misses or cancels a class, we will offer a make-up class or a credit/refund for that class.
  • For the safety of both students and teachers, please arrange classes through QuranForKids only. Private arrangements made directly with our teachers are not covered by these Terms.

9. Holidays

Our academy may close on Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha (usually up to 3 days each) and on a few public holidays in Pakistan. We announce holidays in advance. Classes falling on these days are either rescheduled or already reflected in the monthly package.

10. Technical requirements

You are responsible for providing a suitable device (phone, tablet or computer) with a camera, microphone, speakers or headphones, and a stable internet connection. Classes missed because of problems with your own device, internet or power supply are counted as taken, although we will try to reschedule where we can.

11. Conduct and child safety

  • Students, parents and teachers must treat each other with respect. Abusive language, harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated.
  • Students should dress modestly and attend from a quiet, suitable place.
  • We recommend that a parent is present or nearby during classes for young children.
  • Please report any concern about a teacher’s conduct to support@quranforkids.com. All concerns are taken seriously and handled confidentially.
  • We may suspend or end services, without refund for the current billing period, for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

12. Recordings and intellectual property

  • Classes are not recorded by us unless agreed with the parent or adult student (see our Privacy Policy).
  • You may not record, publish, broadcast or share classes or teachers’ images or voices without our written permission.
  • All website content, logos, designs, lesson plans, worksheets and other materials belong to QuranForKids or its licensors. They are provided for the student’s personal learning only and may not be copied, sold or redistributed.

13. Acceptable use of the website

You must not misuse our website, for example by submitting false information or spam, trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, scraping content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

14. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Termination by us

We may end or suspend your classes if you do not pay, break these Terms, or behave abusively. If we end services for reasons not caused by you, we will refund any classes you have paid for but not received.

16. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved within 3–5 business days. Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank, PayPal, Stripe, Whop or PayFast without contacting us first may lead to classes being suspended until the dispute is resolved. If a dispute is found in our favour, any outstanding amount remains payable.

17. Learning outcomes

Our teachers do their best to help every student progress, but results depend on the student’s age, regularity, practice and effort. We cannot guarantee that a student will complete a course (such as Hifz) within a set time.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuranForKids is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the billing period in which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

19. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or by unlawful use of our services, for example the unauthorised recording or publishing of classes.

20. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as internet or power outages, natural disasters, government action or illness. In such cases we will reschedule affected classes or offer a credit.

21. Communications

By enrolling, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, SMS and WhatsApp about your classes, payments and account. Marketing messages are sent only as described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Important changes will be notified to enrolled families at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

23. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give up that right.
  • These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about our services.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try to resolve complaints informally first. If that is not possible, the courts of Karachi, Pakistan have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.
